Shipping & Returns


Most items listed in my shop are made to order, which means an additional 7-12 days from the purchase date may be required to create your one of a kind piece of handmade jewelry.

Orders are shipped via GROUND ADVANTAGE (formally First Class) USPS and generally take between a 5-10 business days arrive. You will receive a separate e-mail with tracking information once your order has shipped. Once again, due to the logistics, and my location in Hawaii, your order may take a little longer to deliver; please keep that in mind when choosing your shipping. 


RETURNS If you do not feel that your purchase from the little ocean jewelry website has lived up to your expectations, simply return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition. Our products are all handmade, and therefore, we consider variations in product sizes up to 0.25" from descriptions to be considered normal and not considered defective.

Only regular priced items purchased on the little ocean jewelry website may be returned. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 15 days of receipt. little ocean jewelry, LLC, is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after this time. If items are reported within the 15-day time period and are damaged or lost in shipping, little ocean jewelry will issue a product credit or replacement for the damaged items only. We do not issue refunds for damaged or lost items.

All BOGO and SALE items are final sale and not eligible for returns or a refund. Returns will be charged $4.95 for return shipping.
